Cognitive Assessments

Assessments for Specific Learning Difficulties and Psychometric (Cognitive) Assessments can also be carried out with young people & adults who may have concerns about their cognitive abilities or ability to perform intellectually in the academic environment or workplace. A full Psychometric assessment using the Wechsler Intelligence Scales for Children WISC-IV or Wechsler Adult Intelligence Assessment (WAIS-III) is charged at £660 including feedback session and report.

Assessment is also carried out regarding specific learning difficulties (Dyslexia), memory difficulties or co-ordination difficulties. Further referrals may be recommended, to Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy or other colleagues, based on issues arising from these assessments.
