Work Related Assessments

Organisations may request an assessment to identify the needs of an employee with Asperger's or ASD. I will conduct an interview with the employee in order to identify their diagnostic profile, strengths and weaknesses. I also liaise with the employer to identify the issues and the resources which may be available, to ensure that the needs of both employee and employer are addressed.
